Grandmaster
Honourable Chairman & Grandmaster N. Mooralitharan had a very humble journey. His parents were poor and lived in estate in Malaysia. He picked up Silambam since childhood and learnt under various different and experienced Silambam masters in Malaysia such as Master Gangatharan, Master Anggapan, Master Velayuthum, Master Nadian@Subramaniam.Silambam exponents from India such as Master Sithambaram, Master Ganesan and Master Kannan Assan. In late 1985 to 2008 he become Silambam coach of Persatuan Silambam Negeri Sembilan, In year 2000 to 2009 he was appointed as the Technical Director for Malaysia Silambam Association. In 2014, he formed Malaysia Silambam Porrkalai Council and became the Chairman of the association.He later formed his own Silambam class in his youth and continued mastering the art under various Silambam exponents and syllabus. Later to upgrade his skills, he also was tutored by He was the coach and manager for the MSPKM Silambam national team for 1st World Silambam championship 2000 in India (champion),2nd World Silambam championship 2011 in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (Champion), 3rd World Silambam Championship 2015, Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia (champion). Grandmaster Moorali was also the coach and team manager for 1st Asian Silambam Porrkalai Championship 2013 in Gong Badak, Terengganu (Champion) , Malaysia and 2nd Asian Silambam Porrkalai Championship 2016 in Kompleks Sukan Negeri Sembilan, Centre Court Paroi, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia (Champion), Grandmaster Moorali was also the Coach and Manager for 1st World Circle Fencing Championship 2016 (Runners Up) in Nilai University,Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia and 1st Global Silambam Porrkalai Championship 2017 (Champion) at Universiti UTEM, Malacca, Malaysia. At National level, Master Moorali has been appointed as Coach for the Negeri Sembilan state Silambam team for SUKMA Games in 2008 (Terengganu), 2010(Melaka), 2011 (Selangor) and 2013 (Kuala Lumpur) From 2017 to 2020, to further learn the art of Silambam Nusantara martial arts, Master Moorali had sparring and martial arts clinics with Grand Master Suresh from Silambam Garuda Sakti, Sumatera, Indonesia and Grand Master Sesepuh Ki Nantra Silambam Seruling Dewata from Bali, Indonesia on his valuable knowledge of Silambam martial arts from the great Bodhi Darma @ Damo, the founder and father of all martial arts. To further refine the Nusantara Silambam movement, Master Moorali and his instructors have attended Yoga and Silambam lifestyle sessions with reknown Guru and Master Swamiji Anand Krishna from Anand Ashram, Bali.
Patron
Mr.Arumugam Balakrishnan, came from a humble background. His father was a Silambam exponent. He has been following Silambam since childhood. The discipline learnt in Silambam has made him a positive person. Today he is an Entreprenuer and in spite of his busy schedule, he has taken time, on many occasions to attend and help Majlis Silambam Porrkalai Council. Mr.Arumugam is also a spiritual person. He does a lot of charity for poor homes and organizations. He ensured that basic essentials are taken care and provided for the community. As MSPKM Patron he has contributed in his capacity for the growth of Majlis Silambam Porrkalai Malaysia . Mr Arumugam is also interested in literature and has helped source out and compiled some Silambam and Indian martial arts, homeopathy and health based materials. He is also a Yoga practitioner and master. He does voluntary Yoga classes too. He has been the patron of MSPKM since 2014.
National Advisor
Dr. M. Chandra Sagaran was active in sports since childhood and took a liking to martial arts in his mid-twenties and was the President of Negeri Sembilan Taekwando Association (PTNS) WTF, and was appointed as Vice Chairman of Malaysian Taekwando Association (MTA) WTF, in 2006. He was the Team manager of Malaysia National Taekwando Team at the 15th SEA GAMES 2007 at Korat, Nakhon Ratchasima, THAILAND. The team brought back 2 gold, 1 silver and 5 bronze. Later, on the invitation of Master Mooralitharan in 2010, Dr M. Chandra Sagaran joined Kelab Silambam Nilai and later in 2014 joined Majlis Silambam Porrkalai Malaysia, sharing his sports management skills, developing the association (MSPKM) from an infant to a recognized giant in Silambam sports in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Dr.M. Chandra Sagaran also heads the world development committee in ensuring the outreach of MSPKM and Silambam Porrkalai worldwide.

We have travelled far to reach to this level to unite the Silambam Porrkalai Sashtram students together under 1 roof of Majlis Silambam Porrkalai Malaysia.
Our association was officially Registered with the Registrar Of Socities Regulatories Department Under Ministry of Home Affairs Malaysia in 2014 (MSPKM reg PPM-011-10-15122014) We are also recognized by Youth and Sports Department Malaysia, Ministry of Sports Malaysia Engaging in Youth Sports and Culture Development.
MSPKM have successfully Trained and Produced many Medal winning Atlets for State and National Silambam Team in Malaysia. Many High Commisioners and Ambassadors from foreign Countries have shown their interest in MSPKM Activities and Developments. We promote Malaysian essence of Silambam Porrkalai with the Ancient Nusantara Elements showcased by GrandMaster N.Mooralitharan to the World.
All our Silambam Porrkalai Sashtram Training Syllabus is Validated by Grandmaster and also cascading down the skills to Qualified Masters in Each States to train the students in Silambam Porrkalai Sashtram in the Region.
